Main Weekend Relays: We will offer both Online and On-Deck relay submissions.  (Exception: The unscored 800 free relay must be entered on-deck.) You may submit relays using either method. Online relay entries are open now, and will close approximately 60 minutes before each relay is scheduled to start. On-Deck relay submissions will also close approximately 60 minutes before each relay is schedled to start. On-deck relay entries should use the Paper Relay Entry Form (blank forms will be available at the check-in table).   

Swimmers are limited to one relay for each relay event, and may not enter both a single-sex and a mixed-sex relay of the same event. All four swimmers on a relay must be registered with the same USMS club. Swimmers Swimmers from different NEM Swim Club workout groups may create 'NEM-Unattached' relays, which will not score points. (NEM-Unattached relays must be entered on-deck.) Mixed relays must include 2 women and 2 men.

Online Relay Entry Procedure: One person should enter all their team's relays online. That person must be affiiated with the team in their USMS member record.

1. Whenn relay entries open, click the "CLICK HERE TO ENTER RELAYS ONLINE" link at the top of this page.
2. Enter your USMS membership credentials.
3. Biographical page: This information should not need editing. Exception: In the rare case of entering non-scoring "NEM Unattached" relay, select the blank drop-down field in the NEM Team / Workout Group box.
4. Click an event to see your club's swimmers and create an entry for that event. You need not designate multiple entries as A, B, C, etc. The software will assign relay letters automatically.
5. Enter the relay's estimated seed time and select four swimmers in the order they will swim.
6. Continue this process until you have entered all your relay teams/events.
7. Proceed to the review page and click to finalize and submit your team's relay entries.

Changing Online Relay Entries: Before relay entries close, you can change or add relay entries via the online relay entry procedure described above. After relay entries close, you must notify the head timer and indicate all changes to the swimmers' names, ages, relay age group, or swim order on the lane timer slip before your heat starts. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
