If you are on the problem list, you are NOT entered into the meet. You must resolve your problem before the meet becomes full, or your entry will be rejected.

How to resolve your problem:

• If you are not registered: If you are a New England Swimmer, you must contact the NEM Registrar ASAP to get a 2006 number and card.
• If you owe a signed entry waiver: Download a new entry form, fill it out with your name and team, and sign at the bottom. Fax to 617-933-7605.
• If you owe a copy of your USMS card: Fax to 617-933-7605.
• If you owe money: Mail it to NEM SCY Entries, c/o CMSC, PO Box 26, Belmont MA 02478.
• If you owe seed times, email to nem-scy@swimindex.com.

On all communication, please include your name, team, and indicate clearly that you are responding to the problem list.

You will not be entered into the meet until all problems are resolved.
