DO NOT MAIL IT.  Instead, bring it with you to the meet. 
We will not receive your mailing in time. You must present your
paperwork before you will be allowed to check in.

mailed in a waiver form, or emailed in seed times, etc.) please
be patient.  We periodically process the "problem list corrections",
so your name may not be taken off immediately.
